GOD BLESS FRANKIE FRISCH

OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH THOSE BASE ON BALLS!!!!!!!!!! You so right Fordham Flash. My God, some day Mike Pelfrey will florish in the art of pitching too bad it’s not tonight. Walks will kill you and they have tonight for Pelfrey. A walk toRyan Zimmerman and a walk to Ryan Church with 2 OUT UUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH and then a big fat hanging slider to Austin Kerns that is launched to CF for a 3 run HR.  Walks will kill you (I think I’ve made that point, sorry yes I am a frustrated pitching coach as well as frustrated GM )

Jesus H. Christ, two more walks by Pelfery sandwiched around two out and in comes Joe Smith for Pelfrey and there goes another fat pitch over the plate to that little fat bastard Belliard for a two run double and it’s 7-1 Nats.

I’m rambling on here as I watch this unfold because it’s better than banging my head against the wall plus I have broken three remotes already this season so it was either a trip to the ER for stiches,  another plea to DirecTV for another remote or a stream of conciousness. This is much cheaper!

Titan Tom better step up tonight. If not, we could be looking at Phil Humber to keep us in first. The boys in the booth were right about the team looking flat last night. The fans were flat, too (including this one from Milford). Maybe all of us, the team included, were just exhausted from the games against Florida. Whatever it was, why does this damn race HAVE TO BE SO PAINFUL?? The Highlanders just coast in, and we fight tooth and nail. WE NEED A BREAK! How about a 10-1 victory tonight, guys?

After giving up 75 runs in the last 10 games unless the pitchers are Seaver, Koosman, or Gooden I will not get excited for the next few games.

    I was there last night:

It pained me to be there, as Pelfrey just lost control
