I despise MF Clemens and I think he’s full of shit when he claims he didn’t ‘t take PED’s but the problem is there’s no proof he did them. We have testimony from his ex friend and former trainer that was given to George Mitchell which is like he met you or me in a bar for a drink and told us the same thing. The way the media puts the Mitchell Report out there like it’s a book of virtue is as laughable as Clemens telling the world he didn’t take steroids. What’s the punishment of lying to George Mitchell? There isn’t any and that’s why the report is much ado about nothing. MLB players took PED’s during the 70’ 80’ and 90’s WOW Really? Tell us more Senator. PED’s are harmful to your health? You mean worse than tobacco and alcohol? Oh no those are good drugs because the government makes money off them, in fact in the stores that sell those products the government also encourages you to spend the rent money of the Mega Millions so you can get rich and redo the trailer you live in. Back to MF Clemens, One interesting note on Clemens is that baseball agreed to drug testing and suspensions for players with dirty pee in 2005. MF Clemens was granted free agency in November of ’05. He didn’t re-sign with the Astros until May 31, 2006. Clemens made a big fuss about wanting to be close to home to spend more time with his wife and kids, and any guy who has a wife and kids knows he’s full of shit. After the 2006 season Clemens is again granted free agency on October 31. He again comes back on May 6, 2007 with the Highlanders, which is the same day Suzyn Waldman had her last orgasm. See a little pattern here. Maybe his “cycle” had to be complete before he came back. Again it sucks not being able to prove any of this as if there is one guy I want to see humiliated and brought down its MF Clemens.
Usually I hate when the Congress holds its freak show hearings just to get ratings on C-Span but I have to admit I want to see and hear MF Clemens swear under oath that he did not take PED’s. Somewhere, Mike Piazza is hiring a privet investigator to find Clemens’ dirty urine.
Angel Pagan? What is this Cyclones Old Timers Day? Right team to deal with but the wrong guy to get. How much more would it take to get Matt Murton? Murton hits LHP very well. His career numbers .326(97/298)/.399/.510 are outstanding as are his numbers from last year .319/.386/.505 and he plays all three outfield positions and would make a fabulous platoon partner for Ryan Church and for Endy Chavez when Moises Alou bends down to tie his shoes and is out for two months. Chavez, a switch hitter doesn’t come close to the numbers Murton puts up versus LHP (.219/.280/.406 career .236/.269/.486 in ’07) but he plays a mean game of dominos.

ROFLMAO!! Every time I would hear her talk about the Yankees on WFAN, all I could envision was her on her hands and knees in the Yankee locker room doing the entire team at once.
O.k., so i missed the interview. Did they ask him tough questions or was it like everyone though - a scripted interview where Clemens and his lawyers had pre thought out answers for everything?
This is just like Pete Rose where everyone in the country knew he did it and just giggled to themselves everytime they heard him deny it. Well, now that Clemens is off to Congress to testify he could very well be in the same boat as the other asswipe, Bonds. Clemens is sure to lie under oath to stick with his BS story and then if the FBI really checks on him, he could be going to jail also. Time will really make this situation interesting.
This whole thing with the MF is playing out beautifully. He denies it on national TV, goes before Congress and will deny it again, then someday (hopefully soon), he will be found to be guilty of perjury, just like Barry. The dope set himself up for this, and boy do I love it. I will go to my grave a happy guy if someday that MF goes to jail, is denied the HOF, and we can all laugh at the pompous ass. Karma comes around, MF. You are in the process of getting exactly what you deserve, you scum.
Do you think they got Pagan to replace OFs they’ll be sending to MN for Johan? I just don’t see this as a random move. Why would they need another reserve OF?
