I like Heilman, I think he can be effective out of the 'pen, like super effective, but when he pounds him into the ground, guess what? He's gonna fall apart. Keep in mind that when the roster went from 25-man to 40-man in Spetember, Wills still operated like he had a 25-man until he was basically told - hey, you haven't used Collazo or Humber that much, why not tap them? You know, the last week of the season when they were pretty much out of it. Delgado needs to sit but now, put someone something anything between him and Beltran. Shirley Beltran is obviously still recovering from his surgery in the offseason and still off the mark. Lavern Delgado is just killing the team. Delwhiffo.
