The Skill Sets are too busy thinking about their UFO, I mean UFL Team, to come up with Citi Futures Day

I was at that Ralph Garr game too. Funny. My mother – who brought me to the game – was only talking about it yesterday. She couldn’t remember too many details, but she remembered how upsetting it was watching those guys get stretchered off the field. She told me that she thought Theodore (she remembered only that it was the LF’er) was dead. That was a scary moment.

The list of names that should have been at Shea this year is almost endless. Your campaign to get the Mets to do the right thing has been right from the word ‘go’, but there’s too little imagination in the organization.

I went to Shea for the last time ever on the 7th and now that my vacation is winding down I’m trying to convince my wife to drive to NY and back this Tuesday to go again. It’s 3.5 hours each way and Tuesday’s a night game, but I want one last game.

Willets is a complete embarrassment to the borough, city, state and country and needs to be cleaned up and made into something for all new yorkers to enjoy.
