I know you may not like the idea that there was a source leaking information. I understand the privacy of information as well.

However, let me bring up a few points.

If people were obeying the law, the source would not have any information like this to leak. Whistleblower? I would like to think so. A biased whistleblower? Well the source only blew the whistle on A-Rod and not anyone else to far.

Are we better people today for knowing this information? And I mean everyone. Is the public a little smarter for knowing this? We now live in a world of sports culture that has lost it's innocence and everyone is questioned into judgement. Personally, there are players that would still surprise me to be on that list.

Is A-Rod a better person today for this coming out? You may not think so, neither will he, but I bet you he feels a hell of a lot better not living in a lie. A-rod can now sleep a little better at night for coming to terms with it.

Are are also a little smarter today about The Union and how much leverage they actually have. Now that all this has surfaced maybe there will be a better attempt to balance the power a bit. That we will have to see.

All this and more because a source who leaked some sensitive information regardless of that sources's personal agendas.

Personally for me ,I am glad to know about this and than go on about my daily life watching baseball and not know.

Than again may some things are just better left unsaid so that we could continue to feed our obsessions.<div class="comment-remix-meta"><a href="#" class="replyto" onclick="replyto('134341','The Odds Maker'); return false;">Reply</a> - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('134341','The Odds Maker','I know you may not like the idea that there was a source leaking information.
