A few days ago I posted that Putz will sit around, pitch a little, then need major surgery. But you know, it isn't such a stroke of luck that I or anyone else could call that shot. It is a pattern. The Mets are the only professional sports team to go from day-to-day to season-ending surgery with no stops in between. Like a sports car with good pick up. Today Carton says they spend $150M and put this product on the field, one that gets swept by the Pirates. Uh, if you spend $150M, but don't spend it correctly, um...who should take the fall for that? They take an MRI and still can't figure out what to do. Reyes may or may not have a torn hamstring? We are going to wait a few days to see? Was an F%#$@#ING hamster working the MRI machine? Add another to the list of embarassing things, Mr. Beltran. Speaking of which, kudos to you Mr. Beltran for being embarassed by your teams' play in Pittsburgh. Hopefully, the other 9(?) active players in the lockerroom as just as embarassed. Rightfield to David Wright, Rightfiled to David Wright...remember me? I am the place that you used to go to consistently to drive in runs and be a clutch hitter in.
