   I’m not a big fan of Pedro but why are you angry at him?

   The Phils offered him a job and the Mets didn’t.

   You would do the same thing in your profession.

   Anyway, he is going to get lit up like a Christmas tree, so you should be happy. We’ll finish 8 out instead of 12 out.

   I never understood why Petey did not come back. Like I wrote in February on this blog, Livan ate innings last year to a 6 ERA. And why did anyone think the same would not happen this year…? Would you rather have Petey or Livan out there every 5th day? No brainer, give me Petey.

   The script is now written, kids. Omar will stay (FML-like the teens say). Jerry will go and Manny Acta will be the manager. You all know it is going to happen. I’d drop $5K on that today if someone would take the action.

   I say good bye and good luck…..While personality wise he was as bright as Times Square, but folks, he rarely got past the 5th and do we need to tax our bullpen anymore?

   In addition, he was on the DL more then he wasn’t.

   Great pitcher once…….not today……
