Maybe I will renew...I'm just frustrated that this could be the beginning of a multi-year downturn before it cycles back. That would be ok if there was a WS win in there, but geez. I can't see them turning into sellers, though. What? The day Tom Terrific was traded? Well, that's close, but today we hear that Omar and Jerry will be back next year. Well, isn't that interesting. So, let me see if I have this right. 5 years,the team has not one pennant, two collapses, and no farm system. Oh, and saddled with bad contracts, shall we say Alou, Castillo (he is still over paid), Ollie...So, the message is that there is no accountability, what else could it be? Fuck up the organization, and we'll keep bringing you back. For the first time in 40 years as a fan, I am disgusted with this organization. I was happier sitting with 10,000 people at Shea in 1979 than I am right now.
