Bobby V. was in Port StLucie today, chatting it up with Jerry and others for his ESPN gig. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/04/sports/baseball/04mets.html?ref=sports
Ahhh . . . how great would it be to have him back. At least we can dream.
Please , enough about Bobby already .He had high payroll teams in Texas & N.Y. , and he only got to W.S. once . The Mets collapsed in 97,98 &99 . They tried their best to collapse in 2000 , and only made it to W.S. because they beat a decimated St. Louis team.
my opinion , Jay
Calero is a good move for us!
I eagerly await the start of the championship season.
