Villanova has a very good shot, although until they did so last season, no Philly-area team had done it since ‘Nova in ’85. They, St. Joseph’s, and Temple (3 times) lost in the Elite Eight in the interim.

West Virginia is a possibility, but they’re not winning the whole thing. Michigan State can’t be rejected at first glance, Tom Izzo is too good a coach to let them go down without a fight. Xavier is an interesting choice, but I don’t see them making it.

Of your Final Four picks, I’m taking only Villanova, plus Kansas, Kentucky, and a dark horse (but at a 3 seed they’re not too dark), Pittsburgh. And, barring a 1983 N.C. State or 1985 Villanova style upset, Kansas to take the whole thing.
