    Eddie The Krane, delivered one of the funniest lines to me, ever…when at an old timers’ game, I got his autograph, I then asked him if he knew where Jerry Grote was. He asked why. I told him I was getting it for my mother, he was her favorite player. He said, “Your mother has bad taste”. Line still puts a sheepish grin on my face.
