My first visit. I looked in vain for an “about us” page to find out if Eddie Kranepool (my favorite Met) was actually running this site.
Why is his name being used?
Eddie is my favorite Mets player of al time and I named the site after him as an honor
Eddie Kranepool was and always will be my all-time favorite NY Met – does my heart good to know I’m not alone in this. All of my friends as kids were fans of the Seavers and the other “stars” – I stayed with “Steady Eddie” I’m a 53 year old life-long Met fan – grew up in New City, Rockland County, now living in the Poconos of PA. It was great to see him introduced with all of the greats from the ‘69 team on Saturday – on TV at least – couldn’t get from PA to NY for the game.
